ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor Training

Learning Objectives:

Realize the business benefits of an improvement based FSMS
Understand and apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach
Interpretation of ISO 22000:2005 standard
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Internal Auditors.
Consider the principles, processes and techniques used for the assessment and management of food risks in the context of an FSMS audit using the HACCP model
Undertake audit follow-up activities, including evaluating the effectiveness of corrective action.
Plan, prepare and conduct an audit in accordance with ISO 19011
Look for conformance, Report the audit findings, including writing a valid, factual and value adding non-conformity report, if found

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of ISO 22000 and the key principles of an FSMS. If not, we strongly recommend you attend our ISO 22000 Requirements course or the ISO 22000 Transition course.
